These urns are custom made to your order so please allow 2-3 weeks lead time before your urn ships. Upon completion, your urn it is carefully packaged for a safe delivery to your front doorstep. Urn opens from the top. We recommend sealing the top with a clear silicon adhesive after the ashes are inserted.
