The Climbing Leaves is a handmade ceramic urn and is inspired by the arts and crafts movement with nature's influence. The leaves are handpainted in wax emulsion directly onto the one fired piece. All of this work is done freehand, to preserve the spontaneity and freshness of the design. Each glaze is applied in layers to achieve an optimum thickness before the second firing. Each piece is signed by the artist. Top-opening lid seals with adhesive (not included).
