Who fills the pendant with the ashes? Top
The pendants are shipped with instructions, a funnel and glue for filling with remains and sealing. If you do not want to fill it, ask your funeral director or the crematory, they may fill the pendant for you.

Do all the pendants accommodate ashes? Top
No, Although most of the pendants are designed to accommodate some cremated remains the laser engraved pendants do not all hold ashes.

Do all your pendants open? Top
No, Only the ones designed to hold cremated remains.

Can I put something else into the pendant? Top
You can put a small lock of hair or other tiny momento such as some dirt from the gravesite, but the space is very limited.

How does the pendant seal? Top
Each pendant is shipped with some glue or epoxy to seal the jewelry piece once the ashes are placed inside. You can review our instructions for doing this.

The pendant is sealed with a sealant, but it is not 100% waterproof. It is not recommended to expose the pendant to water or take a shower with it.

Can I email a digital image for a laser engraved pendant? Top
Yes, just make sure the resolution is at least 350 dpi (dots per inch) and it is in .jpeg or .jpg format.
