IMPORTANT:
Most deliveries are sent signature required. You can always have it delivered to your business or work address if no one will be home to sign for it (Headstones with granite cannot be delivered to residential addresses. See below.). Additionally, we cannot specify when order will arrive. Due to shipment restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All out going shipments are subject to stock and third parties availability. There is no Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery service for any customized merchandise unless otherwise stated. Below are the methods used to ship our products to you.

HEADSTONES Top

Both our bronze and sandblasted granite headstones for people and pets are shipped by freight truck or UPS depending on product weight. WE DO NOT SHIP HEADSTONES WITH GRANITE TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES OR OUTSIDE OF THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES. THIS INCLUDES HOME BASED BUSINESSES; due to shipping restrictions and the fact that the headstones with granite typically weigh in the neighborhood of 150 lbs to 590 lbs. However, we can ship the bronze headstone plaque with no granite and granite memorials weighing under 80 lbs to a residence. Expected production time for a standard headstone/grave marker is 4-8 weeks from the time we have approval from the cemetery or a business address which will accept delivery in writing. For headstones with special customization requirements additional time is required. Additionally production is halted for a 2 week period over the Christmas/New Years Day holidays thus adding 2 weeks to production for orders that carry over during this period.

Below are the two delivery options we offer for headstones. Any charges associated with the redelivery of any headstone or grave marker after initial attempts have been made are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Cemetery Delivery:
Most cemeteries can accept the delivery of our headstones. If the cemetery has a sales office where they sell headstones and is well maintained by a grounds crew during normal business hours, then there is a good chance they are prepared to accept the delivery and install the memorial (Installation fees usually apply). All deliveries require a signature upon delivery, therefore it is important that someone be present for delivery. Also many cemeteries have restrictions regulating the kind of headstones allowed. We will verify your headstone meets their requirements before we put it into production.

Rural cemeteries and church cemeteries may not be properly staffed during normal business hours and equipped to accept the delivery of a headstone, especially the heavier ones. Everlife Memorials will not deliver to unattended cemeteries. If you are unsure just call the cemetery and ask if they are staffed during normal business hours and have the ability to accept the delivery. If not then you may have it delivered to a business.

Business Delivery:
If the cemetery is not capable of receiving the shipment, the headstone may be delivered to a local business such as your employer, relative's business or monument dealer. Sorry, no home based businesses allowed. You will need to confirm that there will be someone there to assist the truck driver in unloading the headstone if needed. In some instances if the delivery point is in a rural area beyond the delivery coverage of the freight company, the headstone may be picked up at the nearest freight terminal. Also in some cases when a truck with a lift-gate to unload the headstone is necessary, an extra delivery charge may be applied.

NOTE: If delivery is to a business, then customer assumes all responsibility for ensuring the headstone meets the cemetery's requirements.

Residential Delivery:
We can only ship the bronze plaque without granite to a home address. No granite headstone products will be shipped to a residential address. No Exceptions.

LASER ENGRAVED PET GRAVE MARKERS, PLAQUES & MISC. PRODUCTS Top

All pet grave markers, granite plaques and other items tht featuree laser engraving usually have a production lead time of 10-14 days upon approval of a layout. The finished product will ship via UPS, Fed Ex or similar delivery service. Expected delivery time is 3-10 business days depending on final destination.

URNS, CREMATION JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES (People & Pets) Top

All in stock urns, keepsake jewelry for both people and pets, pet caskets and accessories are shipped regular ground free of charge normally within 24 hours (unless otherwise stated) via UPS, FedEx, or a similar delivery service. Expected delivery time is 3-10 working days. Any merchandise that requires customization may take extra time before shipping.

Overnight & 2nd Day Delivery
No weekend or holiday delivery; no APO/FPO deliveries. Cremation urns and Keepsake Pendants can be shipped overnight or 2nd day delivery depending on product availability and final destination. ALL ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED OVERNIGHT OR 2ND DAY DELIVERY MUST BE IN BY 12:00 PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME. ANY ORDER IN AFTER 12:00 PM MAY BE SHIPPED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. DELIVERY COMPANY HAS UNTIL THE END OF THE DAY TO DELIVER PRODUCT. Any merchandise that requires custom engraving or the addition of a name plate will be delayed by 24-48 hours unless otherwise stated. Use the chart below to determine arrival time with expedited delivery service. Overnight and 2nd day delivery prices are good only for the 48 contiguous US states. If shipping beyond this point additional charges may apply.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY CHART

For both people and pets. Due to customization of this product it usually ships out in 5 - 7 weeks from the time we receive the picture. Additionally production is halted for a 2 week period over the Christmas/New Years Day holidays thus adding 2 weeks to production for orders that carry over during this period. All pictures are shipped via FedEx Overnight Delivery service at no extra cost to you.

FLAG CASES Top

Most flag case orders ship out within 1-3 days of receipt of your order excluding weekends and holidays. All flag cases and accessories are shipped via UPS or similar trusting service at no extra cost to you.

STATUES Top

Product usually ships out in 2-4 days excluding weekends and holidays depending on availability. The smaller statues are shipped by UPS or similar trusting service at no extra cost to you.

The larger statues (24" and larger) may ship via freight truck and by default are quoted for business delivery with a loading dock. Lift gate service and/or residential delivery will incur additional shipping charges and you will need to contact us for a quote.

Shipping to Churches: Please understand that freight companies consider churches as a residential address and therefore residential delivery charges will apply.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES Top

Everlife Memorials does not ship its products to international destination with the exception of Canada. For Canadian deliveries cutomer must agree to our Canadian Shipping Agreement.
