How do I choose the right size picture?  Top
The first thing to do in choosing the size of a ceramic picture for a grave marker is to determine where you want the picture to be placed. Once you have found the spot use a ruler to measure exactly how much space you have to work within. All the sizes for our memorial pictures and frames are listed on our site in the memorial pictures section.
Should I buy a frame with the picture? Top
It is a matter of personal preference. Some people like the look of just the memorial picture and some like the added look of an open frame or the protection of a locking cover.
How do I know which frame goes with which picture size? Top
All of our memorial pictures are given a size number i.e. #2, #3, #4 etc. The corresponding frame(s) for that picture will carry the same number so it is only a matter of matching the number of the picture size you like with number of the frame. Please note that not all frames are available for all memorial picture sizes.
Can you change the background in the picture? Top
We can have the background remove and replaced with one of the following colors: white, gray, black, or sky blue.
Will the finished product look like my original picture? Top
The finished product will look almost identical to the original photograph except that we cannot guarantee identical color reproduction of the original because of the inks used in the firing process.
How long does it take to ship the finished product? Top
It takes approximately 5-7 weeks to ship your completed order from the time we receive the picture.
Do I get my original picture back? Top
Yes.

Yes they are. That is why they come with a lifetime guarantee against fading.

No. They come with a lifetime guarantee against fading or deterioration.
Is there a warranty or guarantee on the pictures? Top
Yes. They are guaranteed for life against fading and have a 50% replacement cost if vandalized.
If I order a frame with the picture, will it arrive assembled? Top
All pictures ordered with a frame are shipped pre-assembled.
Do you have a frame for a rectangular pictures? Top
No, not at this time.
Can a color photograph be made black and white and visa versa? Top
We can have a color photograph made into a black & white picture, but we cannot make a color picture from a black & white.
Can the picture be enlarged or reduced to fit a particular size? Top
Yes, but keep in mind that when a small picture is enlarged the quality is somewhat diminished.
Can I use a digital image? Top
Yes, just make sure the resolution is at least 350 dpi (dots per inch) and it is in .jpeg or .jpg format.
