Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Due to the array of suppliers we use to drop ship our products, it is difficult to accurately provide real time status on your order shipment. You can review our "Shipping Information" page to get general information for your order.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
My order never arrived/not all items were received.
  If you ordered several items, they may be delivered at different times. This is because we use several suppliers from around the country to ship your items directly to you. If your order has never been received please contact us and provide a confirmation number or the billing name and we will research your order for you.
