FAQ's
-
How do I choose the right size ceramic picture? The first step in choosing the right size is to determine exactly where you would like the picture to be placed on the headstone or memorial. Once you have identified the spot, use a ruler to measure the available space carefully. All sizes for our memorial pictures and frames are listed on the respective product pages on our website.
-
Should I buy a frame with the picture? This is entirely a matter of personal preference. Some families prefer the clean look of the memorial picture on its own, while others appreciate the added elegance of an open decorative frame or the extra protection offered by a locking cover frame.
-
How do I know which frame goes with which picture size? All of our memorial pictures are assigned a size number, for example #2, #3, #4, and so on. The corresponding frame for that picture will carry the same number, so it is simply a matter of matching the picture size number with the frame number. Please note that not all frames are available for all memorial picture sizes.
