General

All shipping policies apply only to order that are paid in full. Everlife Memorials will not ship any item that is not paid for in full. Most deliveries are sent signature required. Please make sure the item you are ordering is being shipped to a place and during a time in which someone can sign for it. All deliveries must be made to a physical address. We do not deliver to PO boxes. All outgoing shipments are subject to stock and third partyâ€™s availability. We do not guarantee timeliness of deliveries as this is the responsibility of the carrier.

*Free Ground Shipping

All of our products include free basic shipping within the 48 contiguous states unless otherwise stated on respective product pages. Expedited shipping, special delivery requirements, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will incur additional shipping charges and are not covered under the free shipping offer.

Expedited Shipping

Some of our products such as cremation urns and cremation jewelry are available with 2nd day delivery or overnight delivery service. Only items that feature this delivery option on their respective product detail pages are eligible for expedited shipping. Most items eligible for expedited shipping can ship same day if order is received before 12:00pm unless otherwise stated on their respective product pages and are subject to availability. Any items being ordered with personalization such as an engraving directly on the item or an engraved nameplate may delay shipping by 1 business day. Please allow till the end of the expected day for delivery company to deliver the item(s). IF YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED AN ITEM BY A CERTAIN DAY IT IS BEST TO FIRST CONTACT US TO VERIFY AVAILABILITY AND TO MAKE SURE IT CAN SHIP OUT IN TIME TO BE DELIVERED TO YOU. The expedited shipping charges listed for products are good only for the 48 contiguous US states. If shipping beyond this point additional charges may apply. Use the following chart to determine arrival time.

Shipping

Headstones, Grave Markers & Granite Benches

Including but not limited to bronze memorials (for people & pets), sandblasted granite memorials (for people & pets), laser engraved granite memorials (for people), have a usual production lead time of 6-10 weeks from the time we have a signed layout proof from the purchaser. Special order memorials, memorials requiring excessive customization or revisions will add on to the lead time. Lead times are tentative and subject to change. Additionally, production is halted for a 2 week period over the Christmas/New Year holiday thus adding 2 weeks to production for orders that carry over during this period.

Most headstones and grave markers containing granite weighing in excess of 150 lbs are shipped via freight carrier and must ship directly to the cemetery or a business address. It is important that the delivery destination be properly equipped to off load the granite memorial otherwise it cannot be delivered there. Granite headstones and grave markers weighing less than 150 lbs may be shipped either by freight carrier or UPS at our discretion. If liftgate service is required at the point of delivery, additional fees will be incurred.

Granite headstones and grave markers will only be delivered to cemeteries or businesses which are staffed with a crew equipped to properly receive these types of memorials. Everlife Memorials will not deliver memorials to unattended cemeteries or businesses. Furthermore, we cannot schedule a delivery time or request a phone call from the delivery company to the destination point prior to delivery.

When a headstone or grave marker is ordered with selected delivery to a cemetery, our office will contact the cemetery to ensure the memorial meets their requirements. We must obtain written approval from the cemetery that the memorial meets their requirements and that they will accept delivery before the memorial will be scheduled for shipment. If the cemetery approves the memorial but, will not accept delivery of it, we may at our discretion assist the customer in locating a memorial installer to accept delivery and assist with installation. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for additional fees incurred by this method.

If customer opts to have the memorial delivered to a destination other the cemetery and we have no way of verifying its acceptability by the cemetery, then customer assumes all responsibility for insuring the memorial meets the requirements of the cemetery where the memorial will be placed.

Bronze Only Memorials Products

Including but not limited to bronze grave markers, memorial plaques, scrolls and vases without granite product lead time is normally 4-8 weeks upon approval of layout proof unless otherwise stated on the product's page. If layout proof is not offered then lead time is 4-8 weeks from the time the order is placed and we have all the information needed for production. Finished product is shipped via UPS, FedEx or similar delivery service. Expected delivery time is usually 3-10 business days depending on final destination

Laser Engraved Memorials

All granite pet markers, granite plaques, glass ornaments and any other item that features laser engraving has a production lead time of 10-14 business days upon purchaserâ€™s approval of the layout. If customer opts to not receive a layout proof or if layout proof is not offered for a particular item, then lead time is 10-14 business days from the time we receive the photograph and complete engraving instructions. The finished product will be shipped via UPS, US post office or similar delivery service. Expected delivery time is usually 3-10 business days depending on final destination.

Ceramic Pictures

For both people and pets. Due to customization of this product it usually ships out in 4-6 weeks from the time we receive the picture. Additionally production is halted for a 2 week period over the Christmas/New Years Day holidays thus adding 2 weeks to production for orders that carry over during this period. All pictures are shipped via FedEx Overnight Delivery service at no extra cost to you.

Statues

Product usually ships out in 2-4 days excluding weekends and holidays depending on availability. The smaller statues are shipped by UPS or similar delivery service at no extra cost to you.

The larger statues (24" and larger) may ship via freight truck and by default are quoted for business delivery with a loading dock. Lift gate service and/or residential delivery will incur additional shipping charges and you will need to contact us for a quote.

Shipping to Churches: Please understand that freight companies consider churches as a residential address and therefore residential delivery charges will apply.

All Other Items (for people & pets)

Including but not limited to in stock urns, keepsake urns, cremation jewelry for both people and pets, pet cremation memorials, pet caskets, flag display cases, memorial lights and candles, aluminum and granite vases and accessories are shipped regular ground usually within 1 business day (unless otherwise stated) via UPS, FedEx, or a similar delivery service. Expected delivery time is usually 3-10 working days. Any merchandise that requires personalization or back ordered items may take extra time before shipping.

International Deliveries

Everlife Memorials does not ship its products to international destination with the exception of Canada. For Canadian deliveries customer must first contact us to get a shipping quote. Any shipping quote to Canada provided by Everlife Memorials does not include duties or additional fees that may be owes at the point of entry.

Description

The Photo Frame Series is a medium density fiberboard with three rich finishes, these urns will display your favorite photograph through a sliding magnetic frame concealed in the base. Available with a picture frame for displaying your beloved pet's photograph, these urns can also have a optional nameplate personalized with your pet's name and dates.

Optional nameplates are available in the lower right hand side of this web page. Ashes are placed in through a bottom opening panel which is secured by screws.
