By adding this option to my order I agree to a $19.95 surcharge for delivery to Canada. I also agree to pay related customs clearance/duties/taxes associated with the item(s) ordered at the time of delivery.

Furthermore, if customs clearance/duties/taxes are not paid by customer and Everlife Memorials or its parent company Classic Memorials, Inc. is billed for said customs clearance/duties/taxes by shipper or third party, I authorize Everlife Memorials and its parent company Classic Memorials, Inc. to bill these charges to my credit card used to make this purchase.
